DELIVERY

Shipping within 3 to 4 days maximum.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched as well as a La Poste tracking number.

We ship anywhere in the world with tracked delivery.

​Saturday and Sunday are not working days.

RETURNS

We offer a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have passed from the delivery date, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Please send us an email (savlesbijouxdemanon@gmail.com) to inform us of your return. Without this email your return cannot be accepted.


Refunds (if applicable)

RETURN COSTS ARE AT YOUR CHARGE.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time for your refund to officially post.
Then contact your bank. Posting a refund is often preceded by a processing time.
